Iran’s First Newly Opened Airport Hotels in Photos

Visitors of Tehran, from business travelers to vacationers eager to explore Iran’s capital city, are treated with the ultimate hospitality at the ibis and Novotel hotels located near Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport.

As the Iran’s first airport hotels operated by French Accor hotel group, ibis and Novotel hotels were opened this month following a contract signed between Accor group and an Iranian firm in September.

Under the contract, the Iranian firm Aria Ziggurat Tourism Development Company will use the Novotel and ibis brands for 15 years.

The two hotels, together, have a total of 500 rooms and are connected to the primary terminal at the Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport, just 45 minutes from the city center.

A midscale five star hotel – Novotel IKIA (296 rooms) – and an economy four star hotel – ibis IKIA (196 rooms)  are ideally positioned to attract domestic and international business travelers and tourists.

Guests will enjoy a choice of Iranian and international cuisine, large meeting rooms and convention venues, and wellness facilities including spas, fitness centers and swimming pools.
