I have been involved in restaurant business for past 30 years, still do. I wonder who cleans the grill that shows the chicken on, sixth picture from top. The grill should be cleaned, scrubbed, and sanitized every night like brand new. The grill above looks like that it has been left over night with the scums of the burned chicken that have been left behind from bad cleaning. You guys, please, this is the national honor that you are advertising with, not just open a company and let go the business as usual, Tehrani style. This should not be like Paykan manufacturing company back in 70s-Iran 50s that a car would come out of the plant, brand new, with so many welding spots on. Be very careful, they are watching you. Try doing your best if you want the business. Hire people with more skills than the ones who just want a job to make the day go by. You may say to me,’ Avaz dohol az dor shanidan khoshast”. Sorry, you guys deserve the BEST.

I understand your point and concerns. I’ve managed and owned many restaurants over the years, as you have. To be fair, we both know no cook/chef out there cleans the grill throughly mid day. Being that this is a very big operation from what the article says, I believe the grease you’re correctly referring to is from that same day.

Arvin,
Not at all. I am a restaurant owner for past 30 years as well as working a pizza paler selling Pizza and hamburgers for 3 years prior owning my own restaurant. The grill I used to clean every night was supposed to look like new, otherwise my boss would fire me. Anyway, for an industry to be forefront of a huge catering company in Iran, everything should be as perfect as purified water, I did not say clear water, I hope you understand my analogy. One more thing, when a person, a website, put a picture of ” let the public know about” on its website, the picture should look perfect.
