Austrian Airlines has launched a three times weekly service from Vienna to the Iranian commercial centre of Isfahan.
The airline is using an Airbus A320 aircraft to operate the service on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Austrian Airlines has expanded its existing portfolio of up to fourteen weekly flights to Teheran by adding Isfahan, thus increasing its offering to Iran to up to 17 flights each week.
The route will operate year-round. The duration of the journey from Vienna to Isfahan is about 4 hours 40 minutes. Tickets are available starting at EUR 699 for round-trip flights, including taxes and fees.
